This is No.5 in our series of Happy Snaps – our weekly effort to make the world a less negative place by asking people what makes them happy.

I left Zimbabwe when I was 19, with a dream to be fast – as fast as Usain Bolt. I became a personal trainer and I now have five clients I train in the park. One was a skinny guy who I helped muscle up and one was overweight and he’s now average. I teach them about endurance but my passion is sprinting. I’m at my happiest when I’m running fast. There’s no feeling like being fast. My target is to run 100 metres in under 10 seconds. Maybe nine seconds. Why not? If you want to be fast you have to work hard; and that’s just like life – there are no shortcuts.
